The team at Atlanta I.T. Service has procured a thoroughly tested Managed Service Provider package that provides not only peace of mind but proven results. Our remote reach currently takes amazing care of clients in all four times zones across North America, so don’t think being based in Atlanta is a requirement, we have an over 20 year successful history of providing phenomenal remote support to clients nation-wide.

The following all-inclusive list of features are continually placed in POC (Proof of Concept) labs for testing and grooming. Meaning not only are we regularly testing the strength and resolve of our MSP program components but we are applying the latest and most efficient configuration changes to clients to on an ongoing basis.

Managed Endpoint Protection

• Anti-malware/antivirus/anti-ransomware software on each managed computer and server.
• 24x7x365 active threat hunting (automated plus human-reviewed alerts, managed by Provider via SIEM events correlated in a SOAR platform for increased visibility).
• Lifecycle management assistance, End of Life, Secure data wiping, hardware disposal, parts management and electronic recycling.

Unified Threat Management (UTM) Security Appliances

• Intrusion Prevention / Detection System (IPS/IDS)
• Content filtering, DNS Filtering, IP Filtering (web and application)
• Threat filtering (malicious IPs, domains, and URLs) including subscription based external block lists.
• Sandbox inspection of downloaded installer files and documents
• 365 days of syslog retention
• SIEM logging and correlation with a focus on vulnerability and threat hunting assessments.
• Email alerts and event logging (metadata and threat indicators)

Server Security & Monitoring

• Intrusion and access attempts at any servers → email alerting directly to Provider’s support team (Provider will then notify Client as appropriate).
• Daily Windows server backup monitoring, adjusting when needed and testing.
• Regular restore tests of server backup systems with documented review of files restored.

Endpoint Security Container Management

• Security containers for each workstation with emphasis on isolating web browsing and outside document threats.

Patch Management & Firmware Updates

• Provider will perform a combination of manual & automated with certificate or hash validated patch management for all managed computers and servers covered.

Remote Management and Monitoring (RMM)

• Includes all agent and server licenses and maintenance costs including code signed certificates.

Helpdesk Support

• Access to troubleshooting for employee I.T. issues. We also provide a dedicated Tier 3 Engineer on each client account to ensure a consistent, long-term alignment with company goals.
